November Full Scan 6/5/2018  8:00pm CST

Not a good day for the scan.

41 Updates with Zero Approvals

I don't know what's going on with USCIS, but whatever team they decided to give November cases too, they aren't doing a great job since the beginning.

I'm really sorry for all of you left waiting, I know it's heartbreaking.

I hope there will come a bunch of approvals tomorrow morning in the new system, or something...

Hang in there guys, don't lose hope! I will be here hoping, and cheering the approvals right along with you!

:secret:The proper etiquette for responding to another posting is if the original posting is long and does not need repeating then use the quote button and then tap on the copy of the post you are responding to and hit your backspace key and the quoted post will disappear allowing you to have a clean are to which to respond. This action helps not to clutter up the thread. If the original post is wordy then I highlight a good portion of the post and delete it as others have read the original post and need not see it repeated over and over. This way others are not hostage to repeated messages but see a little of it to relate to the post that I am responding to.

Another way is to just you to reply using the persons name with a @ before so for instance if I wanted you to be notified that I responded to something you posted I would use @Hygeia. Simple and clean.

Thanks for your attention to this matter.

Why do you call USCIS first 1 (800) 375-5283 they open at 8:00 am.

Next email the Ombudsman at cisombudsman@HQ.DHS.GOV The Ombudsman provides an impartial and independent perspective to USCIS in an attempt to resolve problems.

If you're not getting anywhere your congress ppl can help. Your U.S. representative's contact information can be found in this handy directory, and your U.S. senator's information is in this one.

Just keep in mind you are within their recent workload and you probably will hear from them before the others. Just my opinion.

I just spoke to a Tier 2 officer and she submitted a request to the CSC office to inquire since our case is outside of the normal processing time of 210 days.

We are currently at 215 days.  Noa1 Nov2nd.

She said I should receive a letter from the CSC service center by June 20th with an update/explanation. She was very nice, so that helps. Really wish she had some magical info for us though 🙄

Praying the first week of November gets some attention this week!! 🙂

I posted a number of other ways of getting help to move your case along a couple of days ago. I copied it above. Good luck.

I have the same dates as you. I called yesterday and was told I was outside of normal processing times. When the agent tried to transfer me to Tier 2, the system was down and she couldn't. Called again today and was told I was not outside of normal processing times, but they still offered to transfer me to Tier 2 (78 minute wait, I elected to have them call me back when I it's my turn in line). Waiting now. Has anyone seen any inconsistencies in what *does* and *does not* constitute outside of normal processing times? I'm at 7 months, 4 days (216 days).

I think they just make things up, because their website clearly shows that as outside normal processing times. Different service centers and visa types are certainly on different timelines, but I'm guessing the call center is centralized taking all calls, and the people there only have minimal and possibly outdated information. It's possibly they only update their date on the 15th like it used to update, instead of everyday how the website now updates.

When i called yesterday i was told i had to wait a couple more days, but when she tried to submit it to give me the exact number of days to wait, the system let her submit the request. I was told to wait 15-30 days for a response

Now i understand why people go all emotional when they are working on your month, and even more when they start the next one without you getting your approval. They anxiety is going to kill me.

I'm Nov 29th, btw.
