I hope it does for your sake. Even with the congressman being anti-immigration he'll probably be more lenient because you're going through the proper channels to move here.

yea I tink anti-immigration is more like anti-ILLEGAL immigration...

If only you can transfer your approval to someone I will gladly, open heartedly take it!!

My thoughts exactly...unfortunately I'm thinking of the many others that are going to cancel that have not and taking up precious space. I pray for more positive cancellations. (People that decided to live together abroad for aa while)

@rrobin0609 Have you contacted anyone yet? Like senator or congressman? I'm in Missouri also is why I ask.

I called and talked to USCIS just now... and although she was super nice. She didn't give any positive information. She tried to fill out an inquiry for being "outside of normal processing time" (our NOA1 is Nov 2nd) and the system wouldn't allow her to do so because according to the CSC office they are only processing Oct 1st currently 😐. (Even though she stated herself we were outside the normal processing time of 7 months once she heard my NOA1 date.)  She informed me if I don't hear anything I can call back in 45 days. 😣

Sooo I'm thinking contacting my congressman would maybe help?

If you call USCIS you need to ask for Tier 2 to get anywhere... but yes, I'd contact your congressman's office.

@Ben & Jela I havent contacted him yet, but I got the release form ready and typed up an explination. I just need to sign, date, and mail/fax. I thought I could wait it out until their end of business tomorrow, but I was completely useless at work today so maybe at noon tomorrow I'll fax it on over assuming I remeber how to fax something.

Since you're outside of normal processing your representative should definetly be able to help.

@Ben & Jela I found it on his website. The Privacy Act of 1974 doesnt allow federal agencies to release personal information without written consent, so all it is was a privacy release form with come contact information.

I do not have the scans for December filers, because I don't know the case numbers. @Little_Vixen will be doing those, but she had an issue with her scan tonight. Look for an update tomorrow!

I believe there were (at least) 5 approvals for December 1st

10 approvals for the 14th, which is nice to see, would be nicer if one of them was ours
