IT HAPPENED!!!! 205 days   Checked the new website... Approved!!! No email. No text. No update on "old" website.   I contacted my senator... a few days ago, maybe it helped!!!

OMG We got an approval,  can't believe it. I'm crying. And my fiance is sleeping and I can't tell him right now.   NOA1 old website 13th November NOA1 new website 15th November

We finally finally got approved today!!!It was day 218! The new website became"approved",but the old one or app are still "recieved".   NOA1:Nov. 2(the old one)or Nov.6(the new one)

November 14th miniscan today - 9 RFEs, 1 approval

 

They did start touching December cases today.. I'm happy for those folks; but I know many of you are still waiting, and I do hope we will see a lot of approvals today and next week a big effort.

We are at 211 days today...😕

Really thought this week would be our week. But it seems the first week of November has been skipped over ☹

 

NOA1 Nov 2nd (old system)

           Nov 6th (new system)

 

Waiting till we hit 210 days (7 months) in the new system before we contact anyone - don't want to be told they're not processing our date yet, or to wait another 30 days and check back. REALLY hoping somebody locates our box soon! 🙄

4-20-21 Sent 751 packet (via USPS overnight)

4-21-21 Received by USCIS (Signed by T. Wright)

5-7-21   Receipt date on our 797 (extending GC for 18 months) {we included G-1145, got a text, but no email - for those curious.}

5-8-21   Received Text message from USCIS with receipt number, Assigning service center SRC. (@12:35pm) 

5-10-21  Check cashed/cleared our bank

5-13-21  Hard copy of 797 Received in postal mail

5-17-21 Received email notice update from USCIS account that on 17th they used his previous biometrics for 751.

5-21-21 Biometrics letter received in postal mail.

we received our noa1 on the 11/15/17 ( old site )

on the new site the noa1 date is 11/17/17 

we received a mail saying we toke action on ur case the 5/25/17 saying is approved.  global wait 196 days 

 hope its clear now

So somehow i entered the case number after me on the new website and the correct one on both apps. Needless to say i logged in and seen approved! Made calls and was sooooo happy. Only to then realize i had a different case underneath my account! Such a bummer!! Back to waiting 😢 nao1 is 11/9

55 Updates today, 17 Approvals

 

They did approve 5 December cases today too, and usually they do a lot to try to finish out the previous month when they do this over the next 2 weeks. I know it's tough waiting guys, I'm still waiting as well, Saturday is day 200 for me.

It's not too uprising they started with the start of the new month, and with a 30% silent rate, we are now just over the 50% mark today actually, so that's about in line with previous months being kicked off. 

 

Hang in there! USCIS Processing date is 11/03 so keep that in find and don't be afraid to submit an inquiry as that date passes you, or if you want to reach out to your congressmen and let them know you've heard December is being worked on, why haven't they finished November?

 

Virgins Remaining: 2071, or 1563 using a 30% silent estimate (probably a conservative estimate these days). Basically 1/2 done. I expect them to do 2.3 of what's left the next 2 weeks, and the final 1/3 the last 2 weeks of June, which should still mean most of us have an answer within the "7 months" timeframe at the moment. Hang in there, stay positive... the finish line is just ahead!

They did approve 5 December cases today too, and usually they do a lot to try to finish out the previous month when they do this over the next 2 weeks. I know it's tough waiting guys, I'm still waiting as well, Saturday is day 200 for me.

It's not too uprising they started with the start of the new month, and with a 30% silent rate, we are now just over the 50% mark today actually, so that's about in line with previous months being kicked off. 

 

Hang in there! USCIS Processing date is 11/03 so keep that in find and don't be afraid to submit an inquiry as that date passes you, or if you want to reach out to your congressmen and let them know you've heard December is being worked on, why haven't they finished November?

 

Virgins Remaining: 2071, or 1563 using a 30% silent estimate (probably a conservative estimate these days). Basically 1/2 done. I expect them to do 2.3 of what's left the next 2 weeks, and the final 1/3 the last 2 weeks of June, which should still mean most of us have an answer within the "7 months" timeframe at the moment. Hang in there, stay positive... the finish line is just ahead!
