Any chance I can get the full scan so I can look for my case number please.

Today i I spoke to Tier 2 person who said I needed to wait another 40 days to hear anything.  I’m a November 14 filet so soon to be out of processing time.  Also, last week I called to check the status for the first time, was a bit emotional and the person assisting me said I fall under an expedite request for financial hardship to US citizen & humanitarian reasons.  I was shocked.  Now I’m wondering if putting in the expedited request (very valid reasons) is delaying our petition.

Don’t worry yours is coming so very soon. I know someone who’s receipt number keeps on getting an update. Then voila!! After few days they got approved!!! :D

Officially in the 200 days club today. Still nothing new. Registered on the new website yesterday to see that our date there is November 15th. The old one is November 13th. Everytime I see the charts made by x_driven_x I get so excited, but so far nothing new with our case.. Next week should be ours though! It absolutely must be! :)

For the entire month of May, they approved a total of 616 November cases, 1179 November updates made (1093 virgins touched)... that's pretty terrible for an entire month with the last 3 weeks being mostly November cases.

That's basically only 33% or so of our total cases...  Of course, this is only the known cases, and somewhere between a 30% and 50% 'silent' rate, but still... it's disappointing to see how they've slowed down again.

Even with a 30% silent rate, they are still just barely under 50%... I really thought they were picking up steam again, but this was not even in the top 5 best days.

This is the same point I was making in the first thread, that if you look at the number of approvals for the month of May, it's not that great,  I'm estimating we have an entire month remaining, at least.

I'd say your probably right.  I still think they will start processing December by mid-June, regardless. It would be great if they finished months out, or even "almost" finished months out before moving on, but they don't seem to.

I went back and compared against October and they did almost 1000 October cases in the month of May as well.

Was that 1000 cases in the first week of May or during the entire month? Is October complete that you can see?

October has about 1155 cases not updated, but given we've seen about 30% silent, I'd say most of October is done or waiting for RFEs to be handled. I do know a couple of people are still waiting though, so there aren't totally complete.

For October, they did about 300 "virgins" the prior to the 8th, another 300 prior to the 15th, and the last 350 or so throughout the last half of the month. I'm basing these off numbers on the scans in the October thread (I just went back many pages to find them)
