Thank you Lord, we were approved June 1, 2018. Just got back home from 4 days of camping in southern Colorado.

1) Received email June 2 at 4:56 am, notifying us "We have taken an action on your case"

2) New website was updated with: Approved

3) Old website still says: Received.

4) Received our I-797 Notice of action with "Notice Date" May 31, 2018 today June 4th in the mail.

          a) So what is our NOA2 date June 1st, 2018 listed on the new website or notice date on the I-797 May 31st, 2018?

I am praying everyone here that they would receive their approvals soon.

I contacted my congressman last week. They called me yesterday and said the USCIS contacted them and said they are processing nov 6 petitions and the process is taking 5-7 months. He said if i don’t receive it by the end of June they will push again for me. I feel like this is no help. 208 days here 😳😢

we have the same date.

Faxed my congressman this morning (because he accepts snail mail and faxes ). I thought it was going to make me feel less anxious but its only been 2 hours since his office opened and if anything I feel worse. Waiting on two groups for the same information almost makes it worse. I guess it makes it interesting since I can play it out as race between the two entities.

Day 198 since NOA1 :(

So I asked help from our congressman's office regarding our case and she just emailed me back what USCIS emailed her that "USCIS records show this petition is pending with the California Service Center (CSC).  Your constituent's petition was filed on November 10, 2017 and remains pending within processing time.  The CSC is adjudicating I-129F petitions that were filed 5 to 7 months from the date the case was received."

Also, the immigrations specialist said I would give it another 90-120 days for them to process it and would let her know if i dont get any by then. Really?????so just in case, she will let me wait for a year before she does something? 😭😭😭😭

Sounds like your congressman's office staff isn't being very helpful here... try your senators :)

I just spoke to a Tier 2 officer and she submitted a request to the CSC office to inquire since our case is outside of the normal processing time of 210 days.

We are currently at 215 days.  Noa1 Nov2nd.

She said I should receive a letter from the CSC service center by June 20th with an update/explanation. She was very nice, so that helps. Really wish she had some magical info for us though 🙄

Praying the first week of November gets some attention this week!! 🙂
