What's wrong with the USCIS? why they're ignoring nov.29? Very frustrating😣😭😢.

They are so far behind it sucks, November 29th is still not even 190 days yet, so it's not too surprising 200 roughly seems to be the average right now, give or take about a week. Hang in there. I know it sucks seeing every other since day with 20%+ (except for the 30th, but yeah.. the 29th is certainly the lagger). I wish you luck. I'm hopefully we will see a lot of movement this week and next and we'll see a lot for your day done at once.

They're also ignoring November 15 :(

The problem with th 15th is they started early on th 16th and 17th and then worked forward... so when they reset at the 1st, November 15th was at the end of that list :( They really screwed a lot of us this month by how they started.

The 15th is still over 25% processed which is good. I think they are trying to catch up so hopefully soon. Fingers crossed!

Ohh sorry to hear that but Nov.15th is at 25% unlike we at the 29th😊. Don't worry we will have our approval the soonest that we can imagine. Goodluck

Yeah but waiting on my congressman as they have inquired about my case and waiting for response. Why jump from 29 to 30 and then to December. They don’t care 🤷‍♀️ anyway. I’m soooo pissed 😠 right now. Don’t know where 29th Folder may be hiding

I contacted my congressman last week. They called me yesterday and said the USCIS contacted them and said they are processing nov 6 petitions and the process is taking 5-7 months. He said if i don’t receive it by the end of June they will push again for me. I feel like this is no help. 208 days here 😳😢
