Well USCIS have outdone themselves this time. I received my replacement GC in the mail this morning... And the resident since date is still incorrect 🙄
They have literally just printed out a duplicate card, with the same error.

So at this point, after a robotic, unhelpful conversation with someone at the USCIS call center, and to avoid submitting yet another long winded Service Request, I am mailing the card straight back to the Eastern Forms Center.

It's not the end of the world... But man, I'm sick of having to spend time writing detailed letters that no one apparently bothers to read, traveling hours to my nearest local office for stamps, and renewing my driver's licence every six months. It's tedious, and it's expensive! I really hope that they accept receipt of my letter (as the original recall letter stated a deadline of 20 days) and that they can fix it there. I'm going to be really annoyed if I have to go the i-90 route after all of this 😐

Same here... I received my GC in mail yesterday with the same WRONG date. I called the 800 number, and after waiting for the customer service check my case, told me that I have to email uscisspecialcases@uscis.dhs.gov, which I did. This was yesterday and I'm still waiting for some response.. Im guessing I won't hear back from them for couple weeks, per previous experience.

Did your card came from Kansas City, MO too? I was expecting the card to come from the Eastern forms center.

I've sent a request for assistance to one of my senators, Sherrod Brown this afternoon. I explained everything to him and signed off on a privacy release form. Hoping his team will help me!

Also, this self-described immigration lawyer on Reddit told me to file an I-90 for lost green card and pay the fee. Umm... I think not?? What are some of these lawyers smoking?

ROC from CR-1 visa (Green Card expiration date was Nov 24th 2016)

Link to the evidence I submitted. Be sure to send evidence spanning your entire marriage (especially for K-1) or as far back as you can. Just one or two bank statements will not cut it. I primarily focused on the two years of living here since I came in on a CR-1. If you don't have the fundamentals (i.e. joint accounts/policies), you can explain why in the covering letter. E.g. "While we do not have joint utilities, we both contribute to them from our joint bank account".

I hope it helps move things along for you. Yes, don't do the i-90 route (and absolutely don't pay a fee, as it's USCIS error!) unless you get told to do that by a Tier 2, and then it would have to be with a good knowledgeable reason - Like Recall Deadline 👍 Not just because they don't understand the situation/can't be bothered/are giving a generic answer.

Very frustrating... I just continually have this face 🙄 when dealing with anything immigration right now lol.

I don't... I do have a scanned copy, which I've enclosed with the card and explanation. I don't know if that 20 day deadline was just to get people panicked and moving... Or if it will literally mean that they'll reject my Priority Packaged Envelope, as it has the Recall ID listed in the address - But I didn't want to mail it without that reference, because Lord knows where it could end up 😐 Sigh.

i am still waiting . Wife is already stressed out because it has been 500 days . So today i got an email saying the i\case has been moved to a new office and i will be receiving another letter PLEASE READ THIS  and tell me what to expect or what am i missing . Thank you   Tony

Application Type: I751, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS ON RESIDENCE

Your Case Status: Initial Review

On July 5, 2018, we transferred your Form I751, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS ON RESIDENCE, to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by August 4, 2018, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

During this step, USCIS initiates the background checks of the applicant/petitioner and identifies issues that may need to be addressed either during an interview or by asking the applicant/petitioner to submit additional information or documentation. USCIS reviews the applicant's/petitioner's criminal history, determines if there are national security concerns that need to be addressed, and reviews the application/petition for fraud indicators. If you have filed an I-485, I-589, I-751, N-400, I-90, I-821, I-131 or I-765, you can expect to receive an appointment notice to appear at an Application Support Center to have your fingerprints and/or photographs taken. The timing of your appointment is determined by the number of applicants ahead of you that also need a biometric appointment. We try to schedule biometric appointments as quickly as possible and in most cases you will receive your appointment notice within 30 days of submitting your application. We will send your appointment notice approximately 14 days ahead of your scheduled appointment. It is important that you keep this appointment. If absolutely necessary, you can request that your appointment be rescheduled however, please be aware that rescheduling may delay the processing of your application. Please follow the instructions on your appointment notice if you need to reschedule. Occasionally, you may receive an appointment notice to appear at an Application Support Center to have your fingerprints taken when you have filed a form other than those listed above. In these situations, you may receive your appointment notice more than 30 days after submitting your application or petition.

Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction

On July 5, 2018, we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number , to another USCIS office.

@Tony23 I'm also still waiting. I applied for citizenship in January, so maybe that has to do with it.

My case has been in their hands for 653 days. 66 days ago it got the same transfer notice to another office, which ended up being in Missouri. I live in Seattle...

I called a couple of weeks ago to see what's up, and the officer just told me that cases get moved there when there's some extra check that needs to be done with it, but he couldn't tell me what it was. He told me it shouldn't go more than 6 months in that office, and that I should definitely call back if that amount of time passes.

Did your wife apply for citizenship?

Nothing yet. I mailed it through UPS to be signed for, and they didn't get a signature, and they don't know where it is 🙄😐 It's just a nightmare that's never ending right now. So apparently, the UPS girl mailed it through USPS, which I didn't want - Which is why I chose UPS, but my husband dropped it off for me, and I guess she told him that doing it that way would be better. So the tracking is stuck at "Out for Delivery". The Manager at the Sorting Office said that they usually have a guy come daily from USCIS to pick up all mail, so he's taken my details, and he's going to try to talk to this guy and see if he can confirm if my envelope ever got to USCIS. I also emailed the Contact Center Midwest email, who had been previously been in correspondence with me regarding the recall. They just emailed me a generic response telling me to just wait for my new GC... But I don't think they will replace it without an i-90, if it never made it to them. You never know...

I'm so over all of this, that I can't even be mad anymore... I've just decided to adjust to living in limbo, and that I'll have to carry my passport with me for the rest of my life lol 😭
