I just spoke to my fiancé and he tells me that he doesn’t get w-2’s but he pays his taxes outright at the end of each year. His accountant gets info of this... would this suffice?

Is this for the affidavit of support?

Anyone working in the US should receive either a W2 or W9. W9s are for contractors. That is the form that reports the income he needs to use to pay taxes. Just because he doesn't get W2s does not mean he doesn't have income to report and pay taxes on, so you can just obtain proof of that income and those taxes

Sorry, I meant 1099s. W9 is what one fills out to for the employer to issue a 1099

Have him get a transcript which does not require an employers wage statement. As a contractor, he should get a 1099-MISC from the employer to show his earnings for the tax year.

Get transcripts https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

London will accept photocopies so he can email you the PDF if he does online and you can print.

He can scan his form 1099 as well.
