Hello everyone, 

i had my iterview for my ir1 visa in morocco and they  sent back my  case to uscis for more review

Just on 11 may got update of my I-130 case. Today I received an email saying Intent to revoke notice was sent but I haven’t receive an official mail yet.

so please what next step i need to do since i got only 30 days  to answer 

and what evidence they might  ask for.

You won't know what you need to address until you receive the actual letter. Was there anything said at the interview that could hint to what it might be? Often times in Casablanca, they are looking for additional relationship/marriage evidence, but it could also be a number of other things.

January 24, 2018: EAD/AP Combo Card in hand

August 9, 2018: AOS Interview (Approved)

August 9, 2018: "Card in Production"

August 16, 2018: Green card in hand

 

 

May 2020: ROC!

OK so help us understand - how long did you and your wife spend together? Has she visited a lot? How many times did she visit before you got married?  Did she need a co-sponsor? What evidence did you send in to prove your marriage? 

Are you the same religion/ages? 

 

My husband is in Morocco too - if you don't want to answer these questions publicly feel free to message me privately.

The message clearly states what you should do: if you (or your wife) haven't received your notice, your wife has to call them. Don't wait, because there's not much time to act.
