We can sit and smile about this, sure. But the reality is that ABC got themselves into this mess. She's a nut, and has always been a nut. Maybe they thought they could overlook her for $'s, but I can't applaud that. They knew what they hired and aren't fooling anybody.

I read some of those tweets and it was either a drunk or a kid wrote those.

She's always been like that. It's not a secret she has long battled extreme mental illness, including multiple personality disorder. There are times she cannot tell unreality from reality. I'm sure there's a real person in there that people who once knew her get on with well.... and then there's other personalities that continually take over. She never deserved this kind of platform, what she needed was mental help.

Don't agree with what she said but what does that have to do with a tv show? Lol beyond asinine. Freedom of speech? What freedom of speech? Only if you're a liberal. 

 

Perfect example of hypocrisy: Football players allowed to kneel on field, she's not allowed to tweet off the screen. Yes, yes, I know...they weren't being racist yadda yadda yadda save it you're missing the point. Her personal opinions are her personal opinions, we can agree or not agree but she wasn't shoving them down our throat on prime time. They can stay in the locker room and keep playing, she can keep tweeting and keep acting, what a bunch of snowflakes.

Great point . What happened to all the MDL that said people should have the right to protest on the job , even if others find it very offensive

Technically, she wasn't even on the job.  However, much like the NFL owners have the right to create work rules that may limit free speech, ABC certainly has the right to rid themselves of Rosanne.

Agree they have the right. They are hypocrites.  Why is what she did do awful but yet so many performers say much worse about Trump. How is saying she looks like fictional character in a movie, racist ?
