Hi Guys,
I filed my I-751 at the end of April 2018. The USCIS California center signed for the package but its been 1 month and I have not gotten the receipt and they have not cashed the check either. Anyone else experiencing a delay in the processing of this?

Yes, there seems to be a delay in ROC lately. It is taking a 30 - 60 days or even longer to get a NOA1.
