We have a child together and this is the evidence we are filing. Any ideas on whether it is enough?

• Copies of the passport and green card of alien resident;

• Copies of our daughter’s birth certificate,XX;

• Two original letters written and notarized by U.S. citizen friends, attesting to our relationship and marriage;

• Copy of joint tax returns that were filed for for 2005 and 2006;

• Copy of joint bank statements from 2005, 2006 and 2007;

• Copies of our joint car insurance policy.

• Copy of the title of our car, showing joint ownership.

• Copy of our American Express Card showing a joint account.

• A copy of our itinerary for a vacation that we took in December 2006.

Just wondering if you need more when you have a kid together?

Thanks everyone

I'd say that's perfectly sufficient. I submitted copies of the immigration paperwork (I-551, passport) and a sampling of bank statements, utility bills and our two apartment leases. (Actually, I couldn't find one of the leases and instead submitted the associated pet agreement... probably gave someone over there a good laugh)

Sometime 2002: Met on www.rondaksportal.com, started talking

March 2004: Visited Kim for the first time

July 2004: Visited Kim again - and she's not going to let me go back.

2004-09-21: Sent AoS and EAD applications to Portland DO

2004-09-24: Money orders cashed

2004-10-15: Fingerprinting for AoS

2004-11-04: EAD issued

2004-12-03: Received interview date

2005-01-04: Interview - adjusted to conditional resident

2006-11-06: Filing for lifting of conditions

2007-06-25: RFE from Nebraska

2007-06-26: Mailed requested evidence

2007-07-02: Card production ordered

You should have no problems with all the evidence you'll submit.
