What would you suggest then? I would say photos but they've met once. They don't live together so no lease joint bank account etc. So providing a lot of correspondence was my best advice

The interview is where they focus on the legitimacy of the marriage though. So it is the hardest step in your case. Don't let your guard down because you've made it this far

I mentioned what I would suggest.

Making it this far, well they have not really done anything much yet.

Thanks allot. I have at the stage of USCIS gotten 2 affidavit of bona fide marriage including other documents before the petition was approved.  I have call logs, whats-app logs, wedding pictures and 10 receipt of which i send money to her with..  I hope those will do. Her last name  has changed to my name and her tax refund also show my name as married filling alone. All I need now is two affidavit of support from her friends. I hope all evidence I mentioned above can prove my case?

If not much you think hasn't been done, what do you think should be done that hasn't been done?

I have pass USCIS state, even that of NVC. I am presently awaiting interview date.

All USCIS do is ascertain that you are eligible to petition your wife (I.e you are a USC or LPR, you are legally married and you are not banned from petitioning due to certain crimes). USCIS employees are specifically instructed not to base their approval of the petition on whether they think the marriage is in good faith, whether you are a good match, etc. Their sole responsibility is to ensure that the eligibility requirements are met.

NVC is a just a document-gathering service for the the embassy. Their sole responsibility is to ensure all documents are submitted, all translations are included (where necessary) and that the embassy has them in good time for the interview.

Getting through USCIS and the NVC is just a formality.

It's the CO who decides whether your marriage is the real deal after he/she personally interviews your wife and watches her reactions to the questions, reviews the evidence she supplies, etc.

Sounds like it could be a struggle, given that you are going through one of the most difficult embassies, if not THE most difficult.

Sending money doesnt show a genuine marriage. I could send you money electronically and we haven't even met, let alone have a relationship. How often do you communicate? What about things like her being listed as a beneficiary on your 401(k), your life insurance, etc. Have you received mail addressed to you as a couple? Christmas cards? These are also secondary evidence but marginally better than affidavits and receipts from WU.

She is the petitioner  not me.

If she has nothing to add your name you can still add hers to yours, well it would be something.

Will lease and credit card be okay for her to include my name?

Lease? But you don't live together. Credit card might be helpful but I think you will need to show a history of transacations on both the credit cards (co-mingling of finances etc.)

Is clear they are not an option.
