Hello,

We are in the process of preparing documents for my wife N-400 and we still going through the ROC process. One of the requirements is to submit a photo copy of your green card. Does it matter if her GC is expired (as we are currently in the ROC process waiting on her 10 year GC)? Also do we have to resubmit ALL of the evidence that we sent in for the ROC? Or just tax transcripts, bank accounts, etc.as it says on the M-477?

We filed a few months ago and included copy of expired GC as we are also waiting on ROC.

Included all the evidence we sent for ROC as well.

Good luck!

We filed a month ago and since we already had 90% of the ROC evidence in electronic form, we went ahead and filed the same evidence for the electronic n400 submission. But the word in these forums is that the ROC evidence is part of your over all immigration record and so it doesn't necessarily have to be re-submitted with the n400 application. Theoretically, you only need to submit the evidence for the 1 year since your ROC submittal (assuming you're filing under the 3 year marriage provision).

Note, in addition to submitting the expired green card, we also submitted the letter extending the gc 1 year and the biometrics appointment letter.
