As I stated in a previous post, i am going to be filing for AOS from k1 visa soon within the next couple of months. However, I am missing 1 vaccination (the second dose of MMR) and opted to have it done while I’m here in the states. 

 

My question is this; can I receive the 2nd dose of MMR anywhere(my local health department here in Ohio for example) and then have a US civil surgeon transcribe/complete the vaccination form given when completing the K1 medical? Thanks
