Good morning/ evening

I am currently trying to get all my document ready for my medical and I was wondering I haven’t live in the uk for long but I do have access to my medical on patient access. I am able to print out my medication allergies and  test result. It does not say summary care but medical record on it.

I do have all the information a summary care provide tho and it is only 3 page long. Does anyone know if this should be fine to bring with me at the medical ?

thank you in advance for your help

Hey,

If you are able to see to everything on your patient access, this is sufficient. You can print this out and they will accept it. I have an e-mail from them and they say they specifically only want the care summary, and vaccinations and should be no more than 10 pages long.
