My advance parole was approved on Oct 27, 2017 and I got my approval notice in the mail shortly after that. But they "forgot" to send me my actual travel document and I'm currently on my third service request to get them to send it out. I started calling about my missing document on February 1st, so it's been almost 3 months. They just don't seem to care whatsoever or do anything to get my document sent out. I'm so sad because I want to visit my family in my home country, and technically I am allowed to, but I can't without my document. What can I do to get my document faster? Is there anything I can do at all? Can I just start the whole I-131 application over? I feel like a whole new application will get me my document faster than going through all these stupid service requests that don't do anything.

My EAD was approved on January 30th and I received it a couple days later. So my card isn't/won't be a combo card. USCIS have confirmed many times that they never sent it out, and they "don't know why". This is so frustrating and aggravating.

Yikes that sounds painful. Why didn't you apply for EAD and advance parole at the same time? Your advance parole was approved 3 months before your EAD? That sounds wrong. You sure your card on the bottom right doesn't say "Serves as I-512 Advance Parole"?

Only suggestions are to call USCIS and ask for a tier 2 representative and/or make an infopass appointment.

I applied for all my documents at the same time, but there was a small error in my EAD form which required me to re-file that. Therefore the EAD and AP were not processed/approved together. My AP was approved on Oct 27, 2017 and my EAD was approved on Jan 30, 2018. I received the EAD card like 3 days after the approval notice. My AP approval notice states "your travel document will be mailed to you separately" and I've been working with tier 2 representatives for about 3 months now. I just don't understand how effin hard it can be to just send an already approved document. What is an infopass appointment?

It's an in-person appointment with your local field office. https://my.uscis.gov/appointment
