wooos, re-read what you put.

ignore what I said previously lol - if you haven’t made a visa journey timeline on your account, do that. It helps give an estimate of when you’ll be approved. Ours took 6 months for noa2

We submitted the K1 a couple months ago and expect to receive NOA2 by middle/end of September. Does anyone know how long is the estimated time until I have the K1 visa in hand in case there is no problems with our application?

Define a couple of months.

USCIS is currently partway through processing November cases... they will start December in June, January most likely in July, February most likely in August, etc...

Expect to wait somewhere between 180 and 200 days between NOA1 and NOA2, it's very common right now.

To add to the above...

Once you get NOA2 (~6-8 months after filing the I-129F on average), the petition is sent to NVC then to the embassy. Give it a month or so for that step. Then the rest of the timeline is primarily dependent (barring no issues) on the embassy. Expect 1-3 months on average. All in all, expect 8-12 months from I-129F filing to visa in hand.

I was referring for the time form NOA2 to the interview. Thank you.

Ohh. It depends,  but it should be around 1 month to even 2?

you can begin calling NVC around 2 weeks after you get your NOA2 to get your case number, and then it takes 3-5 days for your case to be received at your embassy... then once CEAC says “ready”, you can schedule your medical, interview, etc.

there has to be 5 days between the medical and interview , so that the interview office has your medical file. And then if you get approved for the visa it can take a few days to 2 weeks to get the visa in hand.

so it’s sort of a gamble on how quickly things get done, if there are open interview slots, etc

Depends on the embassy.

USCIS -> NVC -> embassy is taking about a month on average. YMMV.

Embassy processing is usually 1-3 months. Some are consistently only taking about a month, whereas some are known to take 3 or more months on average to get an appointment.

The medical aspect varies by country as well. For instance, SLEC - the medical facility with US panel physicians for all of the Philippines - provides a sealed envelope that the applicant carries to the interview (barring sputum testing or other medical issue). Somebody can have the medical one day, get the sealed envelope the next day (SLEC has 2 days for the medical), then interview the next day. Other panel physicians may send the results themselves and sometimes take longer than average to get the medical to the embassy (I'm looking at you, Knightbridge, London).
