Hello,

 

can you guy tell me if form Form G-325A is needed or not? I thought it was replaced by form I-130A and yet someone got RFE for Form G-325A :/ ??

If you’re filing now for your spouse I-130 and 1-130A should be sufficient. You can add the e-notification form G-1145 which has them email you when you submit he packet.

 

That person might have gotten an RFE for the old G-325A form because of when they filed their petition. No longer applies to people currently filing.
