It's odd that some people on the excel sheet DQ'ed in earler september, 2020 already had their interview letters/interviews by now. However, the video and the consulate website indicates that they're currently scheduling interview for cases that DQ'ed from July - August 2020.  My wife is a nurse and it's extremely stressful at work to the point that she had a mental breakdown. It's very frustrating that I can't even estimate the timeline to visit my wife since I may not make it back in time for the interview due to the 14days quarantine rules.

They are planning on removing 14 days quarantine in July for fully vaccinated people. Hopefully you can see your wife soon!

Hi all,

Just got the link to this forum. My wife was DQ'ed in September 2020 and I got the email too. Seems like we are all in the waiting line. Following the update from the video, I'm not sure any new IL has been issued this year. Hopefully they will start issuing ILs for tier 4 from July/August this year.

I'm really hoping @Pasand and @Espineapple get their interview letters this month, per MTL consulate update on rescheduling cancelled interviews for category four folks. I hear that IL's are sent out second week on the month. Wishing you the best and we will really appreciate if you can share any case update with rest of us.
