I am not sure about that. I am not DQ yet and I get the same exact pop-up for my case

yeah, for me this has been the status from day one until today although I went through several steps such as application submission as well as document submission and acknowledgment.

any update on EB interview?

The Consulate just posted a video update on Facebook - they said they are currently rescheduling those tier 4 applicants who had appointments cancelled in March/April 2020 - with DQ dates of around July-Sept 2019.  So maybe @Pasand will get some news soon????

From other posts, I got to know FB cases whose interviews were cancelled in March 2020 has been rescheduled. I havent seen or heard any for EB so far..

Today, I received the same email from NVC as before, but they changed the update time from 120 days to 60 days.

 

"The next communication you receive from NVC will be either a notice that your appointment is scheduled, or if an appointment is not scheduled within the next 60 days, we will send a notice confirming that your case is still in line for an interview."

Yes, I received the same email, yesterday evening. My DQ date is April 2020
