I think that's the correct status. It means that your case in the queue for the interview. Once your case is scheduled I think it will change to: 'Ready', then 'In transit' or visa verse.

I am not sure about that. I am not DQ yet and I get the same exact pop-up for my case :(

yeah, for me this has been the status from day one until today although I went through several steps such as application submission as well as document submission and acknowledgment.

Today, I received the same email from NVC as before, but they changed the update time from 120 days to 60 days.

 

"The next communication you receive from NVC will be either a notice that your appointment is scheduled, or if an appointment is not scheduled within the next 60 days, we will send a notice confirming that your case is still in line for an interview."

Yes, I received the same email, yesterday evening. My DQ date is April 2020
