As far as I know, employment based IL was sent around same time as family based IL, pre-pandemic period, once a month. Lets hope some of us get interview letters in April.

Whoa, that group is scheduled up to Sept/20 DC date, while EB is still Sept/19. One full year behind.  Seems that they are impacted by COVID at all.

WoW. I don't have much luck with their tracking sheet, but wondering how many more of IR/CR folks are still in the queue? Last few months consulate have been processing only IR/CR cases .. and here we have people waiting with their DQ since late 2018 🙄

answer is "endless". more joins every month. 

 

there is a blue tap on the top saying 2020 DQ, where you find the info. Right now, people with DQ date of Sep/20 got interview notice on April 9, for May appointment

obviously not everyone report in this data sheet. So actual number should be bigger.

 

in April, I counted 23 interviews. 

 

the question is not how many left in the other group. Question is when they will assign some spots to EB

It’s so frustrating to see every month none of the EB spots getting an interview, especially after the ban has been lifted.  The least the consulate could do is inform us that they foresee EB visa processing to start by the 'X' date.

Now it feels like lifting of that ban was more of eyewash!

31 E3 visa was issued in Feb 21.what's E3? is that EB?
