I think, IR/CR wait times will be reduced to a matter of hours, kinda like a drive thru... EB applicants, however, will continue telling tales of patience and how their journey was to Mordor... s

EB3 "India" went back another 6 months.

Upcoming just indicates that it's for the next month (we're not in September yet). Our EB dates progressed significantly in this bulletin, in comparison to August. And all ROW EB categories should be current as of October.

Guys, do you know how long it takes to get an interview at the Paris one? (France) I have lived in Canada for 10 years but COB is France. I think France is around 2 months right now. How easy is it to schedule an interview in Paris? I know my lawyer asked for MTL but still waiting on my RFE to get approved... would love to change my consulate if that’s easy after RFE is approved.

 

Also, do you know if medical exam needs to be done in same country than the interview one?

I think the medical should be done in the country of interview. Do anyone think we can get interview dates in October when the new FY starts?
