I am holding out hope as well for you!  It would be nice to see more than just a 3 weeks movement in EBs.

That's really disappointing to hear. Now, I'm really curious to see MTL visa numbers for next month to check whether they really had lot of folks with DQ's in the month of March or they just reduced their capacity. The most frustrating part is that they are not transparent on the process for interview appointments. Is it based on the certain percentage of the total capacity for EB appointments, or is it a fixed number per month, or is still based on presidential executive order for tiered prioritization for immigrant visa (which got rescinded) or do they even have a standard operating procedure to schedule appointments.. its feels like they have no rhyme or reason to how they operate.  The lack of communication and transparency is so miserable for people like us, waiting in line for 2 years.
