Will the Tier 3 Family based preferences take up most of the interview spots?  There are probably less DQ'ed EB applicants in Tier 4 and more spots available to be filled.

Remains to be seen, unfortunately we have very few data points to even make a decent guess. Hoping for the best!

Hopefully people on the spreadsheet will keep us updated once they receive their IL's.

God...somebody please post here that they got IL today :) It will really lift my spirits up.

I was really hoping this month someone which were not originally cancelled in March-2020 will get IL. I know last month some of the folks who were cancelled in March-2020 got IL's but I am not really sure if that means MTL began scheduling EB category or it was just a curtesy as they were originally scheduled and waited long enough. :)

At this rate for someone like me with DQ in June-2021 will IL even in 2022. Sorry for the rant....

I would not expect new interviews for EB category since they posted an updated that will start scheduling new interviews for ones in Tier 3 and 4 in October. Sorry( Disappointed too though.

Two quick questions (in anticipation of finally an IL):

1.  does the spouse of the EB1 applicant also get interviewed?

2.  Do they ask you to list all of the countries you have visited in the last 5 years (because they are already listed on the DS260 form)? We have a few few cruises with many ports of call.

Thanks

1.  Yes, everyone listed on DS-260 should attend the interview.
