Pls if I understood you well ,you said you are already twenty years and to be twenty two by next year , and you are afraid also you will be twenty before your visa is approve !!!

It means you are not yet twenty years if I'm correct on your explanation.

Going back on your content , I'm sure even if you will be twenty years at the time of your interview ,you have nothing to be afraid of as a woman , your age is normal. I wishes you good luck .

I believe your age froze when you were petitioned, so you shouldn't be worried about aging out. (Under CPSA)

As long as the I-130 was filed before you were 21, in the CR-2/IR-2 category your age is frozen at 20 under CSPA (so long as you pursue the visa within a year, which doesn’t sound like it is an issue here).

I want to know the waiting period for a visa case in transit to the consular section before the interview...could it be years or months. Because my case is in transit

Expand

No time frame for visa case transit, it can be earlier or delay it depends on the time the N.V.C finished your case.
