Can someone report your marriage as fraud with no evidence/proof?

I recently got married and I'm concerned that a jealous relative will try to make it so that my husband is not issued a visa. When news came out about our marriage, everyone was happy for us and congratulated us except this one relative. The relative hasn't even spoken to me since they found out. I only just sent the I-130 package last week and got confirmation on Friday that it was accepted and forwarded to Texas service center. I'm so paranoid about this relative's hatred/jealousy causing them to do something unwarranted and evil like report my marriage as a sham (even though it's not and this person has no evidence whatsoever showing otherwise) to try to throw a monkey wrench in our plans to have a life together and mess up our chances of being together in the US before we even get a fair, unbiased chance to prove it is genuine. 

 

Is it possible for someone to do something like this?

They can always report it, but without evidences there is small chance anyone will investigate. That's my opinion. 

 

If you're relationship is real, you have nothing to worry about.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Oh, our relationship is very real. However, I don't want anything even putting doubts in the minds of the people handling our case at all or have any reason to suspect it's not bona fide because of one envious human.

Anybody can "report" anything.  Make sure you have plenty of evidence you relationship is genuine, no matter whether the person says anything or not.  It's Casablanca.  A tough Consulate.  Treat it that way.

anyone can report anything they want to, but without evidence to support it.... it likely wouldn't go far.

 

REGARDLESS, you need to present the strongest case possible that your relationship is bonafide. Joint accounts, insurance policies, financial ties, frequent visits, etc

They aren't really interested in talking to third parties about a case.  Less so if it's just an angry story.  Not their first rodeo.  Not a clever or original idea and I doubt they'll be receptive.

Could you ask your Iman to speak to this relative? Might be better coming from an independent person.
