:dance::dance::dance::dance::dance: Finally we got our NOA 2 we didn´t get any touches or RFE and even now the USCIS web page it says "your case is still pending" but we already got the NOA2 in the mail yesterday, so for the rest of the ones that didn´t get any touches or nothing don´t be disapointed just be sure to check your mail everyday and good luck!!!! :dance::dance::dance:

Just wanted to report in that I received my paper NOA2 in the mail yesterday. The postmark (June 7)was the day after my approval (June 6). Looks like they may be catching up with their receipting.

Congrats to all of theMarch Filers that have received their NOA2"s!!!! For those that have not, hang in there, yours is coming soon!!!!!!!!

I just wanted to give an update to all of the March Filers, I called DOS today, and found out the interview is scheduled on Aug. 3rd. I am happy that this is almost over, I do not think I can go through this again. It is funny what Love does to a person! But for all of us that have filed, we are all a special group of people. This is something that we share!!! So good Luck to all!!!!!

June 4, 2007- Petition Arrives at USE Manila

June 25, 2007- Rec'd Packet

Amen! Congrats to you and your SO! All the best to you two. I've been keeping an eye on your posts because you're not too far ahead of us. And, it keeps me well informed on what to expect. 3/29/07: NOA For all three

4/9/07: RFE (medical) grrrr!

4/9/07: Interview date notification. (7/27/07)

5/20/07: Sent out rfe response.

6/5/07: RFE response received by NBC.

6/7/07: EAD card production ordered.

6/10/07: AOS and EAD touched?

6/12/07: EAD card production ordered again!!!

6/13/07: EAD touched again

6/16/07: EAD card notice: approval sent,,,

WOOT WOOT!!!!! Got our NOA2 in the mail today. I didn't receive an email update even though I registered my email with the USCIS. Also, my address changed a few weeks ago and it didn't seem to slow the process down any. (For those who wonder if it would)Godspeed to everyone else who is waiting. Your day will come as well. Hang in there. One day we won't have to worry about all of this anymore.

Nov 2005 -met online

Feb 2006 -met in person

2006 Lived together in US for 6 mos

Jan 2007 -got engaged

2007 Living together until April

March 19, 2007 -sent I129-f

March 20, 2007 -package received at CSC stamped"USCIS RECEIVED"

OMG! What is up with CSC?! They need to touch you guys, and then they need to touch the April people. I can't feel like they've moved on to April until you guys get some touching!
