I remembered in first year chemistry class the teacher asked, " How many of you support dihydrogren monoxide? It is used in nearly all chemicals that pollutes the Earth. It also is hazardous if you drink alot of it. This substance is also used in Nuclear Reactor. It's all over the Earth, and can kill you. "

Everyone in the class raised their hands because they don't support dihydrogen monoxide. I was the only one in the class that didn't raise my hands. Then, my professor walked up to me and said, " Congratulations! Looks like you will the our A student." Nobody had a clue. Dihydrogen Monoxide is H2O, water. I would say I am raised a little differently than most.

I guess that 'different' upbringing did not 'support' the drinking of Dihydrogen Monoxide if one is thirsty?

Maybe others thought they would vormit from it :P;)

BTW, I'm no science girl...but (di)hydrogen- (mono)xide is hardly difficult to figure out.

And I'd NEVER get an A in Chemistry ;)

I know. I got it correctly. I was swayed to join the majority by raising my hands, however, when I thought that it's wrong I didn't raise. It goes to show that the majority who go against you aren't always right.

ROFL...the kids in your chem class were idiots.:lol::lol: That's one of the oldest chem jokes in the book; my high school chem teacher pulled that one on us when I was 15. Nobody raised their hand!:lol::lol:

Consolemaster was a chemist's son

But Consolemaster is no more

Since what he thought was H2O

Was H2SO4

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).
