HI VJS,

There was no any touches since sep 9, 2006 at Vermont. Today i got an email from USCIS state that they transferred my I-130 from Vermont to California service center. Does that mean that the waiting time starts again???

CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT IS THAT TRANSFER MEAN????? :help:

Vermont is really backed up. I do not know about K-3's, but I-751 date did not change the last time they updated the processing time. When I was filing my intial visa, I noticed that other visa petitions that were transfered moved much faster.

On the face of it, it seems like a good thing. There have been many people that had applied at Vermont since last August/Sept and have not had any movement.
