I hope you figure out how to beat it.... you do realize that you will not receive any updates until they are ready to adjudicate your file and you are prolly 4-6 weeks away at minimum

YMMV

Oh dear...and you're just at 30 days today? :clock: If you follow recent VJ experience, you'll see that more often than not, people do not get touched until right before/after there is some action on their case. Allso according to recent stats, the average approval comes in 75-80 days after NOA1....you've got a while yet to wait. Obsessively checking the USCIS will not help your state of mind. Not sure what would help though....for me it was a very conscious decision to stay away from the USCIS website...I come here instead. I'm still an addict, but this doesn't depress me as much. :) (Unless there's a dry spell like we had during the last two weeks in april. :protest:

Good luck!

Dear WayneGeraldine -

I was going to suggest picking a day of the week - any day - and making that your check for the week. After first submitting the I-129F, I checked daily ... only to see nothing happen. So, the routine has become to check each Friday night when I get home from work. End of the day. End of the week.

BUT after reading your post, I thought: It's Monday night after work ... what the hell. YOU are my talisman WG !! I was touched today. I know. I know. Being touched means that my petition has moved from pile B to pile C, but heck after months of nothing, I'll take it. Even if I'm sent an RFE ... at least it's proof there's one live body working in CSC.
