A request for evidence for form I-485 was sent to USCIS for almost 2 months now and I have not heard from them. What can I do, any help please. Thanks

Did they receive it? Can you see it in your case status as received?  When I sent mine I heard nothing other than they got it then heard nothing for 11 months.

Hi what does your case number say when you login/register under https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov? It should tell you wether they received it and if they are already scheduling you for an interview. Good luck.

Thank you little immigration, I got a response 3 days after I sent the requested documents. 

 

We received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR ADJUST STATUS, Receipt Number MSC.... Our National Benefits Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. If you move.....

 

So like how soon can I be expecting something from them, it's already 7 weeks now. Thanks

Yes, they received it. 7 weeks now and since then I have not heard anything from them.

Be patient, 7 weeks isn't long for AOS. It's good that they received it and started working on your case.

I looked at your timeline and see that you got approved and received your green card today. Congratulations!

When did you send your original paperwork for AOS?  Can you fill in your timeline?

The requested documents was sent to them on April 2nd and was received on April 6th. That's 7 weeks now, almos 2 months.

@ little Immigration. It's already three months now, since I have submitted the initial evidence to USCIS and up till now, I have not hear anything from. I check my mailbox every day and it still says evidence received, we will start working back on your case since then. Please what can I do. Your advice is appreciated. Thanks
