Hi Guys,

Im in the process to complete my AOS application . I have few questions :

1-Do I have to pay for employment authorization if I'm paying for AOS application(form I485)?

2-Employment authorization form (I765) has expiration date 02/28/2018 - can I still used that form since no updated forms available online?

3- if I apply for travel document, do I need to have specific dates or the document should cover an extended time?

4- Any payment required for travel document application?

Thanks a lot. Appreciate your help!

1. If you file for AOS then no you do not have to pay for EAD.

3. No travel dates are required.

4. Just like the EAD you do not have to pay for AP if you file for AOS at the same time.

@Cyberfx1024 handled 1, 3 and 4, so I will tackle 2.  The form with the February 2018 expiration date is the latest on the USCIS website, so you should be fine.
