dv 2019 invalid help

hi im trying to check statut of dv 2019 if selected but it written invalid i fill before october can anyone give support number what to do?

If you filled before October then there is nothing you can do and no one can help. 

 

The lottery was restarted in November and you should have filed again. 

 

Now your application is invalid.

what do you mean you filled before October? The entry period was 18 Oct-22 Nov.

Did you check the help page on the eDV website for common errors in checking?

yes i filled in the date u provide me and printed out the confirmation number but when i enter all info correct i have no access from any device no mistake in name or date of birth or confirmation number what should i do ?

There was an error with the lottery.

 

"The new registration period for DV-2019 opens for electronic entries at 11:00am, Wednesday, October 18, 2017, and closes at 11:00am, Wednesday, November 22, 2017."

 

If you didn't follow new instructions, the entry you made before October 18 was invalid. Its like you never participated and nothing can be done.

Again, did you read the page on the eDV site that helps people with common mistakes on entering that result in an “invalid” message?

This you read my post? 

If you applied before October 18th, your entry is invalid. There was new entry period.
