Don't pump Gas on 5/15

I had heard the point of this wasn't to stick it to the oil companies but to commemorate something or other with the Depression. Either way, $3+ a gallon for gas is crazy. When I started driving 11 years ago, it was $0.89 a gallon. Oddly enough, minimum wage hasn't tripled since then, though my sister now works the part-time job I used to, fills up the same car, and buys gas at the same place. Poor kid.

Let me guess, you're a Mac user. ;)

What ever gave you that idea? I haven't even touched a Mac since 1999.

Yes, but in my defense it was past my bedtime.

Maybe the fact that you put it to 7 decimals.

You've heard of "significant figures" concept and that of "rounding/truncating"?

Basically, you could have said "about 3.79 Litres".

Duuuuuuuh really? I'm just a stupid American, I don't know how to do anything with numbers. Like my countrymen, I'm not only completely innumerate but incapable of understanding the metric system as well. I'll tell you a secret...I've NEVER TAKEN A MATH CLASS EVER IN MY LIFE.

Well I did say it was a guess.

I haven't even touched a Mac since 1999.

Nothing to be proud of.
