I met my husband 4 years ago. after 1 year of  long distance between Canada and USI got a Tn1 visa and was in the US for 2 years.  The company didn't want to keep me anymore.  After that I was on B2 traveling back and forth and trying to plan our wedding in the US. At my last entry to the us almost 45 days ago they asked me what my intent is and I told them I am getting married to my US citizen fiancé and we will be leaving to the honey moon after . They stamped my pass and they congratulate me . After the wedding and checking the expenses we are not going for honeymoon and planning to stay for now .I am filling up the  applications and  I read that if my intent was marriage and staying here there might be a problem as I entered on B2. I told them at the entry that I ma getting married at the border and they let me in . now I am worried

Any reason you had to get a B2?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Don't be worried. You are all good.

If they felt you were planning to stay, they wouldn't have let you enter.

The money you would've spent on a honeymoon can now be used toward your AOS fees.

I'm in the exact same situation right now so feel free to message with any questions and also find and follow this topic "F2A 2018 AOS Filers"  Should help you alot also and majority of us in that group are the same.

You met him 4 years ago you are fine. Is he USC? Oh appears he is youll be more than okay. Just will need to explain why you changed your plans if you stay and do AOS.

If they even ask about it at all, which is unlikely. Interviews are for confirming validity of the entire romantic relationship and marriage, not for determining intent when the foreigner crossed the border.
