Guys, for affidavit of support. I've sent last year 1040, w2, 3 months of paystubs, 3 months of bank statements and a bank reference letter, is that good enough ? Do I really need the IRS transcript ?

Different offices ask for different things. What did the instructions tell you to send?

A 1040 + all W-2s/1099s/other schedules should be sufficient for the tax return side of things. My understanding is that a tax transcript isn't really preferred...it's just a lot simpler so there's less to go wrong (not sending all forms, something getting lost, etc.).

Only the tax transcript shows that the taxes were actually filed.

Seems as though you have sufficient evidence of support but they usually like to see the tax transcript generated by the IRS. That's one of the main things they ask for......
