Timeline

I don't see a I-751 thread for May 2018 filers so here goes :)

 

I was eligible to file for removal of conditions as of 05/05/2018, my package was sent off on 05/07/2018 and delivered on 05/10/2018. My check has still not been cashed which is making me somewhat nervous - they're probably really busy with all of those GC they're recalling :rolleyes:

 

I hope I'm not the only May filer! lol

08/17/2015 - I-129F petition/packet sent off
12/17/2015 - Visa Interview in Sweden. We're APPROVED!!!
01/14/2016 - P.O.E. @ Newark International Airport
03/21/2016 - Got married @ town hall
03/22/2016 - AOS, EAD, AP packet sent off
08/03/2016 - Became a Conditional Permanent Resident
05/07/2018 - ROC packet sent off

06/12/2019 - ROC approved (no RFE, no transfer, no interview)

10/29/2015 - Delivered Chicago, IL
11/05/2015 - E-mail notice and 3 text messages
11/06/2015 - $1070 and $420 checks cashed
11/13/2015 - received 3 mails NOA1 (I-130 & I-485)
11/13/2015 - received ASC Appointment notice to do biometrics on 11/24/2015

11/23/2015 - RFE notice mailed regarding I-485
11/24/2015 - Biometrics completed

11/27/2015 - RFE received (used outdated I-864 Form)

11/30/2015 - RFE sent to USCIS

12/02/2015 - RFE delivered

05/23/2016 - Received Interview Appointment letter scheduled for June 22nd, 2016

06/22/2016 - Interview

07/22/2016 - Made an online Inquiry "case is taking longer than our processing time"

08/05/2016 - Response to inquiry was sent

08/08/2016 - New card is being ordered / I-130 & I-485 approved

08/10/2016 - "On August 10, 2016, we mailed your new card"

08/12/2016 - Card in hand
