I have question for all of you.On November 12 me and my fiance fill papers for K1 visa they get on November 14.Our question is did anyone called them and ask them about K1 visa wen 6 months is all ready pests?If any one do at can they teal us what did they say to you about your case?I know we have to wait to get our answer back.But we what to know what to do at?Hoping and praying getting soon answer Ameen wish everyone best of luck.

Hello there, come join us in the November thread! They are certainly a bit slow and are currently processing November cases. It doesn't look like they've really gotten started yet on November 12-15th, but hopefully within the next week we'll see some movement! I think we just need to be a bit more patient. Offically, the case inquiry date is only October 26th, so we'd need to wait a couple weeks before contacting them anyway.

We filed nov 10. The generic answer i received when I called was wait till June 15 and then call again or submit an outside of usual processing time inquiry. I feel the same way when I see people who filled later already have news. I just try to remain positive and remember good results take time.

Patience is key...unfortunately the wait times have been increasing! I think the Texas office is slower then most, but that is just my opinion. Hang in there, I'm sure you will hear something sooner then later! It's hard to have your life "on hold" and wanting to be together soon.

I have to say you are right.We have to wait it is not easy but it is worth to  wait to be one day with person that you going to marry and spend rest of you life with him.

Hi way happens is once they receive ur K1 they will send u a paper saying they recived it and they will give u a case number that u use to get updates of ur K1. The paper will also tell u wat center is processing ur paper.

I know we have to be patient and many get lucky.Praying all of us get lucky soon and get happy news approved Ammen.

Yes. My date is November 14th.

 

USCIS is processing November really strangely, because they started on the 16th and worked towards the end of the month, and then restarted again at the beginning of the month.

 

Hopefully we will hear something in the next 2 weeks!

Waiting for the NOA2 was by far the worst part of the process for me! There's a great thread on here explaining all the things you can get prepared whilst waiting so that you can complete the rest of the stages faster. It helped me to do these things so that I felt less useless!

Let me get happy news approved Ameen.It will be easy to do rest what we need.I have filling it will be soon.
