We have been through all the process and was denied , Wanna know if anyone has similar issues, We have refiled from Feb.

Can you be anymore vague in your post? Thousands of people get denied and not giving details about WHY you were is not going to get you any answers.

Please give us the exact reason for the denial and what was said exactly in the interview. Only when we get that can we really help you out.

What visa were you denied? What was the reason? Criminal record? Any previous visas? Drugs? Not enough relationship proofs? Wrong forms or fees? Overstay? Any info you didn't disclose in forms?

You want us to keep guessing?

Sorry you were denied, I can't imagine going through this process twice. In the 6 years you've been married, how much of that time was spent together? How much time did you spend together before you got married? Is there a large age difference?

how many times did you spend together and for how long was each visit, any kids together. this is a tough embassy, but we had tons of evidence the more the better, in our case we sent over 100 pics and direct screenshots from whatsapp chat, call and video call logs, pics of video chats ( take screenshiot while talking) facebook logs, letters from family, and receipts, boarding passes and stamps.

i suggest going to visit her several times until the actual interview, keep screenshots from each month until then and bring all to interview

HOw many times did you meet? What propf did you send them?

You gotta give them as mich as possible, pictures, chat logs, bills, bank accounts you might share, maybe you two have kids, videos, receipts,

maybe boarding passes or something from a vacation that you took together!

From your profile it says the beneficiary is from Nigeria, is that correct?

So you have known each other since 2005, married in 2011, and first filed when?

She is the petitioner, how much older than him is she?

Does she have children? Is it still feasible she could have children if he does not have his own yet? If not how does his family feel about him not having his own kids?

How many any times have you met and when did you meet in person and for how long?

These questions aim to show if there are any red flags that would require extra evidence to overcome them. They have been known to use the reason of insufficient relationship evidence when red flags aren’t addressed.

It is not incredibly difficult to prove a bonafide marriage, especially if you've been married for 6 years.

What proof did you provide?

How much time in person have you guys spent together? Have you not spent much time together?

What questions were asked at the interview and what answers did you give?  Did you not know the answers to some of the questions?

Gotta love the vague post..then vague answers to questions....yes you need a lawyer to do this for you, since it appears you don't understand how it works. Details are important..everyone of them, especially  ones pertaining to proving your marriage and in 6 years you couldn't give them enough proof to get it approved?

Really, everyone?  Apparently you have failed to convince the US government of a genuine marriage...

If you were as vauge with USCIS and the Consular Officer as you are with us, then I can definitely understand why you were denied.
