I-134 Should I record work life insurance?

So I'm filling out I-134 in preparation of NOA2 for our K-1 visa, and it's asking if I have a life insurance policy, and what the cash surrender value is. If I have a work life insurance policy that is only valid for events happening at work, and I am not paying into it, should I record that? I have no personal life insurance outside of employment. And if I do record it, would I put a cash surrender value of 0?

No. You would not list that policy.   I believe that question pertains to whole life type policies with a cash surrender value:  " The cash surrender value is the sum of money an insurance company pays to a policyholder or an annuity contract owner in the event that his or her policy is voluntarily terminated before its maturity or an insured event occurs. "

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..
