DS-160 UK FEES

ok need help we filled out the ds 160 for my fiance k1 for london uk office . and after she did hers she got a barcode form which we know is necesary for the interview . but we cant figure out where to pay fees and still need to do the other 2 ds 160 for her sons . and we cant find out the $ amount , is it the same for all ages and can we pay one payment for all three ds-160
