Don't get me started about how the affordable is and always will be a joke... it makes me want to cry sometimes

 

To be fair though, if you read the article, it does state some 17,000 individuals on the program live in nursing homes, and would result in them being kicked out. A hospital was also slated to potentially close. If a state is unable to at least assist the most critically vulnerable (such as disabled and those bound to nursing homes), have they failed in their duty?
