Hi,

 

I just hit the 180 days before my EAD & AP expire. I need to request a renewal and I am filling the forms, but there's a part in the AP form that says "disposition" I read online in an old post and they say you should say attached since it is a renewal because you are sending back your original EAD/AP. Is this true?

 

I really didn't know we need to send back the card in order to get a new one. 

 

In the EAD, am I still a C-9 ?

Or maybe I am wrong and my Advance Parole isn't really a re-entry????
