Well, we're "ready", too! Our NVC case status changed from "in-transit" to "ready" but we have yet to receive official paperwork or email updates. The last letter we got was the I-797 Approval Notice, and we haven't gotten ANY:no: emails since moving to the NVC stage. I'm getting nervous because I will be traveling out of the U.S. and I'm not sure if I should email the NVC and let them know? Thoughts? Thanks in advance. :star:

Packet 3 is sent by email from the Casablanca consulate. The fastest way to get it is to email them first. You or your fiance should email them (IVCasablanca@state.gov), give them your case number, USCIS receipt number, and your names and birthdays and simply say you are requesting an interview date for the K-1 visa. Sometimes it takes them a few weeks to respond (I'd email them once a week until you hear back), sometimes people get lucky and they respond the same day, but don't be alarmed if it takes 1-3 weeks.

Good luck! :D
