So after waiting 3 months to hear anything back from the US embassy in London today I recieve an email saying that I didn’t put N/A in not applicable boxes for spouses etc.

My question is does this mean I go to the end of the queue now and wait again? I have sent the signed sheet back to them saying I have no spouses.

I have hadNOA1 but no LND or NOA2 yet

thanks in advance.

There have been stories on this forum of others who have been tripped up by the requirement to put N/A in every field, they take it very seriously!

Usually you just need to send the USCIS field office in London a statement to say that the fields you missed were actually N/A (or follow whatever instructions you had in the email). This is considered a RFE or 'Request For Evidence' and doesn't usually mean you have to 'queue' again – your petition will be decided upon as soon as they have all the required information.

Good luck!
