Whether any affidavit will do good or (often more likely) harm your chances depends on both what the affiants actually say along with the totality of circumstances of your case.

Unless an affiant has personal knowledge of the evolution of the relationship, affidavits tend to make you look desperate.  If the affiant spent a lot of time with the couple observing the development of the relationship, that might be "helpful" but not a substitute for time spent together in person.

No one will ever submit a negative affidavit so it provides very little to a case.

Are there valid reasons you haven't seen a spouse for 2 years? Health issues, s/he has not been successful in a visa attempt, military obligations, etc?

How long have you been married in total?

If you got married 2 years ago and haven't seen each other since its more of a concern than if you lived apart for 2 years out of a 20 year marriage.

I agree with others that affidavits aren't particularly relevant cause no one is going to write you (and then you submit) a bad one.

What you mean and what should be the solution. All I need is solution presently.

Means exactly what was said.  Take it literally.  We can answer questions but not knowing anything about your case EXCEPT the fact you haven't seen your wife in two years, we would be guessing.  Lots of discussions here about the kinds of relationship evidence you could submit if it is applicable to you.  The most important evidence of relationship is the evidence of time spent together in person.  Nothing really substitutes for that.  Excuses or good reasons for not seeing each other are certainly no substitute.

Further, a Consular Officer at interview is not required to consider any evidence not already in the original package sent by USCIS to the National Visa Center.  In some countries, they almost never do.  You haven't even told us what country you are coming from.

While that is true, an affidavit from somebody who actually was a close observer during the evolution of the relationship can be helpful, if they tell a good and truthful story.  Character witnesses, are useless though.
