Congratulations! Did you pay the fee at the embassy? How the process at the embassy went? Any questions they asked you in particular?

Hi guys! I need your help. So Frankfurt has received packet 3 but they are missing a couple things. The first thing is "For K1 visa applicants fiance: proof of MRV fee payment (The paid fee does not show up over your account" but I payed the fee? What do I do? And the second thing is "Joint sponso's proof of US citizenship (can be sent  via email)" what should i send them for this? perhaps a copy of my cosponsors US passport?

I sent them a copy of my bank account statement with the MRV fee. For the proof of citizenship i would send in a copy of the sponsors passport. If you're still not certain try to contact our embassy :)

I'm assuming you didn't receive a receipt for payment. Correct? How did you pay and where did you pay? Can you return back to the establishment and get a receipt?

According to my information, the fee is paid online and within 24 to 48 hours the Embassy should have confirmation. Here is where that information came from.

yes i paid at the embassy i posted a consulate review on Togo portail

Can you update any information on the portal. At the top left you'll see an update/edit line. Select it and then go in and edit. I'm sure it's old and outdated. It's rare that we see someone from Togo and think that we have to sets of couples from there at the same time. How neat is that.

Sorry. Since it's rare for someone to process a visa from Togo they never posted the page that I wanted you to update. No harm. You can forget my request. Thanks anyways. BTW anything you can add that will help someone coming behind you sure would help. Congrats on get your approval at your interview. :dancing:

Thank you Greenbaum and @Bianca89 :) so i sent them the passport data page of my cosponsor and as for my MRV fee, i sent them the receipt of the bank transfer and a screenshot from my banking app showing the money transfer. Also i realized that after paying the visa fee, i didnt press continue! once i got to the page showing the sum total. so once i pressed that i received a notification from us travel docs saying "your request to schedule an appointment has been received and will be reviewed. you will receive an email once your request is approved" sorry if this is confusing haha
