Hello guys! Just an update about our case. He decided to call yesterday to inquire about our case being stuck at 'ready' for interview status since his interview last May 18. The agent was very nice and helpful unlike the one he spoke with before lol. She said she's going to escalate our case, etc. Decided to check ceac just now and can't access our case thru immigrant visa. Tried NIV with our ds160 and had this result! I suppose this is a good kind of AP??!!!

Finally some movement...i hope it will change to Issued tomorrow. God bless!

I hope so, too!! Before the long weekend 🙏🙏 i got a feeling the CO accidentally sat on our case or it got piled under other cases lol

Looks like it otherwise they should've told you...While ur case is AP and active, CEAC will looooaaaaaadddd and will take u so many tries to access your case ... Update us when it changes to issued 🙏🙏🙏

Hi guys! I need your help. So Frankfurt has received packet 3 but they are missing a couple things. The first thing is "For K1 visa applicants fiance: proof of MRV fee payment (The paid fee does not show up over your account" but I payed the fee? What do I do? And the second thing is "Joint sponso's proof of US citizenship (can be sent  via email)" what should i send them for this? perhaps a copy of my cosponsors US passport?

Thank you!!!! and also @Greenbaum for explaining everything!! I didn't even think it was possible for them to misplace/forget about a case lmao!! I'm so glad he made that call yesterday!!! And now we're on a different kind of stress (wedding stress)

PAL is nice but expensive... Whatever will be less expensive with just 1 stop (max) is what we will book. I still have to do the CFO, still waiting for Davao. They told me to call again next week for the schedule.

good news, my interview went very well in TOGO TODAY in and out  2 hours 10 minutes with CO i' going back for my passport in  8 daays
