Ok sounds good! Thank you soooo much for your help!

Yeah, I actually see that "i'm approaching the limit" in the page even before I make my first interview appointment LOL I'll wait for an hour or so and if I am still not able to make it, then I'll just call them tomorrow in the morning:)

That is so wonderful that you were able to get the earlier date. I know you had some emergency, so I am so happy for you.

Congratulations on your approval. I am extremely happy and proud of you. You have helped so many of us, and we really appreciate your kind support <3

See you until I have another question..... LOL

If you don’t see any date on the first page (home page) that means there is no date available. Once it becomes available the very first page you go in will show the first date available (after you schedule once it won’t appear anymore and you need to check “reschedule” page.)

Probably the system sends it automatically..

if your embassy contacts people via email. You may want to send them an email to give them correct info. (Don’t forget to add case number)

I will and in the meantime and to be safer, i have registered a new email address with that mistake one they have on file and luckily it was available.

Oh dear @Naes I'm so confused. Near three weeks I'm waiting till my status change from at NVC to In transit. I called but there is no info.

I know that you don't know what's going on but you are kind person and I want to share that with you))))

Thank you for your kind words...

Which country?

i know people wait long and don’t know the real reason behind it. You can try asking for a supervisor maybe.. so they can at least check what’s going on.

@Naes @Brittani Fiancé just had his interview @ London Embassy and WE’RE APPROVED!!!  I seriously started crying when my fiancé turned away from the counter and gave me a thumbs up with a huge smile on his face.  :D  It really is true what they say.  All that stress and anxiety leading up to the interview and we honestly walked out of there thinking, that was pretty painless!  Good luck to everyone still waiting for upcoming interviews. It was a long 9 months for us but I’m sure it goes without saying, the joy and relief you’ll feel when you hear “you’re approved” really is amazing.

@Naes well good news, i thought i should share, i called again and a guy answered this time and he was nice and gave me all the information i needed, he also joked with me of being scared, what is wrong with ladies and early morning grumpiness lol anyways, he gave me an invoice number and said that and the case number are the two important information on the email that we did not receive.

He said that the email itself is just an update of our case details. I will now wait for the US Consulate here to send packet 3 on these new email that they have set up for us lol

I have a question about what happens if the NOA2 expires.  My Fiancee needs a police clearance from Qatar.  It took 4 weeks to gather the requirements to request the police.  The package has now been sent to Qatar.  However, they say it can take up to 3 months to obtain the clearance.  We cannot request the US Embassy interview in the Philippines until we receive the clearance.  What should we do?

Your NOA2 is good for one year. A lot of Embassy's stay on top and will move your date another 4 months. No worries.

@Christy&J @Bianca89 Hi guys! I can't remember which one of you two asked me to update you after requesting my police certificate, but I just got home from the Bürgeramt and they told me that they cannot send me one in English, just in German. But since I have no entries I wont have to translate it anyways :) so now that my case is "Ready" and my medical has been scheduled, should I begin the DS-160 form?

Yes, I would do that. You can fill it out and pay the fee!

Guys, yesterday wasn't able to check our case on CEAC,but today not only it did appear first "AT NVC", than in few hours later I received two emails from NVC stating that case was expedited and is on a way to Moscow Embassy!!! It shows "IN TRANSIT" already. Awesome! I received an email on behalf of my fiancee:

The U.S. Embassy/Consulate General in MOSCOW, RUS approved your request for expedited processing of your immigrant visa application.

Below is case#&invoice#. Is this the exact email she can print out to use for medical. If so she will rush and call to book medical asap

Thank you!!!
